While our 200-hour program lays a strong foundation for teaching yoga, the300-hour course builds on that foundation, offering advanced techniques in bothtraditional and multi-style yoga. This program will help you refine your practice, develop your teaching skills, and deepen your personal connection to yoga philosophy.
Upon completion of the 300-hour training, you’ll be equipped to teach beginner, intermediate, and advanced students with clarity and confidence. You’ll also be eligible for RYT-500registration, opening the door to teach yoga anywhere in the world.

This comprehensive program will deepen your knowledge of yoga philosophy and history, while refining your asana practice and understanding its effects on the body’s anatomy. You’ll also engage in dailypranayama, meditation, andchanting, to explore their therapeutic and balancing effects on mind and body.
You will gain a clear understanding of essential yogic practices, including discipline, diet, and cleansing rituals, and develop the tools to become an inspiring and effective yoga teacher. By the end of the course, you will be well-equipped to teach with confidence, integrating both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga into your teaching practice.
Typical Daily Schedule
07:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Asana Practice & Pranayama Begin your day with an energizing asana practice and pranayama to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
09:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast Enjoy a nutritious meal to fuel your body for the day ahead.
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Yoga Philosophy / Anatomy & Physiology Deepen your understanding of yoga’s ancient teachings and the science behind its physical practice.
11:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Teaching Skills Focus on building the skills necessary for effective and confident teaching, including verbal cues, adjustments, and sequencing.
01:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Lunch Break Take time to relax and recharge with a wholesome lunch.
03:00 PM – 04:00 PM: Anatomy & Physiology Continue learning about the body’s biomechanics, and how they relate to yoga postures and alignment.
04:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Analytical Asana Practice Explore and refine your asana practice through a more analytical approach, focusing on alignment, adjustments, and deeper body awareness.
06:00 PM – 07:00 PM: Meditation End the day with a calming meditation session to restore balance and cultivate mindfulness.
