A typical daily schedule
07:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Asana Practice & Pranayama Begin your day with a focused yoga practice to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
09:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast Nourish yourself with a healthy meal to fuel the day ahead.
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Philosophy / Anatomy & Physiology Deepen your understanding of yoga’s philosophical principles and the anatomy behind the practice.
11:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Teaching Skills Learn essential techniques for effective teaching and how to communicate your practice to others.
01:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Lunch Break Take a well-deserved break and enjoy a wholesome meal.
03:00 PM – 04:00 PM: Anatomy & Physiology Continue exploring the physical aspects of yoga, focusing on how the body works during practice.
04:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Analytical Asana Practice Break down and refine your asanas with a deeper, analytical approach to alignment and technique.
