Course Overview

Our training program is designed to help you develop a deep, balanced practice—both spiritually and physically—across five core areas:

  1. Practice
  2. Anatomy and Physiology of Yoga
  3. Yoga Philosophy
  4. Yogic Lifestyle
  5. Teaching Methodology and Practice

As you cultivate your own practice, the Teaching Methodology section will equip you with the skills to share that practice with others. We believe that mastering each of these areas will lay a strong foundation for becoming a confident, successful yoga teacher.
