Our fully residential and Yoga Alliance USA certified program integrates the foundation of 200-hour training with the advanced depth of the 300-hour curriculum into one comprehensive journey. While the 200-hour course builds the base and the 300-hour enhances your understanding, this 500-hour training brings complete mastery, combining both levels into a transformative experience.
By completing this course, you will be fully prepared to teach yoga at beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels with confidence and clarity. You will also become eligible for RYT-500 certification, allowing you to teach globally.

This advanced training deepens your understanding of yoga philosophy and its historical roots while refining your asana practice with a strong anatomical approach. Throughout the course, you will engage in daily pranayama, meditation, and chanting to experience their powerful therapeutic and balancing effects.
In this 500-hour course, special emphasis is placed on integrating discipline, diet, cleansing techniques, and traditional yogic practices into daily life. You will develop the skills required to become not just a teacher, but an inspiring guide for your students.
By the end of the program, you will confidently integrate both the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga into your teaching practice.
Typical Daily Schedule
07:00 AM – 09:00 AM: Asana Practice & Pranayama Begin your day with an energizing asana practice and pranayama to strengthen the body and calm the mind.
09:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Breakfast Enjoy a nutritious meal to fuel your body for the day ahead.
10:00 AM – 11:15 AM: Yoga Philosophy / Anatomy & Physiology Deepen your understanding of yoga’s ancient teachings and the science behind its physical practice.
11:30 AM – 01:00 PM: Teaching Skills Focus on building the skills necessary for effective and confident teaching, including verbal cues, adjustments, and sequencing.
01:00 PM – 03:00 PM: Lunch Break Take time to relax and recharge with a wholesome lunch.
03:00 PM – 04:00 PM: Anatomy & Physiology Continue learning about the body’s biomechanics, and how they relate to yoga postures and alignment.
04:00 PM – 05:30 PM: Analytical Asana Practice Explore and refine your asana practice through a more analytical approach, focusing on alignment, adjustments, and deeper body awareness.
06:00 PM – 07:00 PM: Meditation End the day with a calming meditation session to restore balance and cultivate mindfulness.
